Listing Media Checklist

Everything to prepare before your listing's photo and video shoot — so shoot day captures the home at its absolute best.

A great shoot is won before we arrive. Walk this list with your seller the day before, and shoot day becomes pure capture time.

Exterior

  • Cars out of the driveway and off the street in front
  • Lawn mowed, hedges trimmed, hoses and bins out of sight
  • Patio furniture arranged, cushions out, pool cover off
  • Seasonal check: snow shoveled, leaves cleared

Interior — every room

  • All lights on, all ceiling fans off
  • Blinds open to the same height throughout
  • Counters cleared: kitchens down to 2–3 styled items, bathrooms empty
  • Personal photos, medications, and valuables put away
  • Pet gear (bowls, beds, crates) out of frame

For video and cinematics

  • Plan the “hero path” — the walk a buyer would take falling in love with the home
  • Identify the one feature we should magnify: the view, the light, the kitchen
  • If talent or the homeowner appears on camera, have wardrobe in solid, neutral colors

For drone

  • Confirm HOA/building rules on exterior drone flights
  • Best exterior light is within two hours of sunrise or sunset — keep that window clear
