Cirrus Condominiums — Virtual Staging

Ultra-realistic virtual staging that turned empty lakefront units into homes buyers could see themselves living in.

The Project

Cirrus is a luxury condominium tower at Lakeshore East. Like every new development, it faced the same quiet obstacle: an empty unit photographs as square footage, not as a home.

The Challenge

Physically staging a tower’s worth of units is slow and expensive, and it locks every unit into one look. The sales team needed each floor plan presented at its best — furnished, styled, and aligned with the buyer profile for that tier — without moving a single sofa.

Our Approach

Luxury developments trust us for our ultra-realistic virtual staging and immense catalog. We photograph each unit to capture true light and finishes, then stage digitally with furnishings matched to the development’s brand world — from the paint sheen on the walls to the shadows under the coffee table.

The Deliverables

A fully staged image library across the tower’s floor plans — from the 44th-floor penthouse down through the lakefront units — ready for listing sites, the sales gallery, and campaign creative.
